Cancellation Policy and participant information

Valid for ticket sales to the Planetary Health Forum on 30 November and 01 December 2023.

If your plans change, please contact the Centre for Planetary Health Policy in good time. Thank you very much. Please note that cancellations can only be made in writing (including email to hello@planetaryhealthforum.de).

To allow for planning certainty, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED BY 15.11.2023: YOU PAY 60% OF THE BOOKING AMOUNT
  • FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER 16.11.2023: YOU PAY 100% OF THE BOOKING AMOUNT

PERSONALISATION AND TRANSFER

All tickets will be personalised. CPHP will only grant access to the event to ticket holders. For individually personalised tickets, identification is required at the entrance. Admission will only be granted to the person named on the ticket if he/she can prove his/her identity at the entrance by means of a valid personal document, a valid driving licence or another means of proof agreed with the organiser.

Re-personalisation of tickets is only possible in consultation with CPHP, provided that the purchaser requests it by providing event data, order number, order data (e.g. date of order and means of payment used) as well as the name of the visitor originally noted on the ticket and the name of the new visitor. With the re-personalisation, the originally named person loses the right to visit. Re-personalisation can only take place at the latest 48 (forty-eight) hours before the start of admission to the booked event.

CHANGES IN THE CONTENT OF EVENTS

CPHP may change the programme if special occurrences or events beyond CPHP’s control make this necessary. In this case, there is no entitlement to an exchange of tickets or refund of the ticket price, provided the change is insignificant.

CANCELLATION, ABANDONMENT OR RESCHEDULING OF EVENTS

(a) In the event of cancellation or postponement, the ticket purchaser’s claim shall be against CPHP only and shall be limited to a refund of the face value of the ticket.

(b) If an event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond CPHP’s control (e.g. force majeure), the right of visitors to withdraw from the contract shall be excluded. If an event for which tickets have been purchased is postponed, the tickets shall generally remain valid for the event now taking place on a different date.
